Once the contract is signed, Alyssa kicks off the design phase with the “Let’s Dream it Up” meeting—a chance to explore ideas, discuss your vision, and set the tone for your project. From there, Alyssa curates hand-selected finishes, mood boards, samples, and 3D renderings so you can see your future space come to life before construction begins. Once designs are finalized, our team handles all the necessary permits, ensuring everything is approved and ready for a seamless start to construction.
During the Build & Enjoy phase, Teddy, Alyssa, and our trusted team bring your design to life. We start by protecting your home with zip walls, floor coverings, and temporary gates, followed by a pre-job walkthrough to align on expectations. Throughout construction, you’ll receive schedule updates and progress photos through JobTread, keeping you informed every step of the way. Once complete, a final walkthrough ensures every detail is perfect and ready for you to enjoy.
We’ll check in with you in one month and again in one year to ensure your remodel continues to meet your needs.

Then, Alyssa curates samples ranging from flooring to decorative lighting, and creates 3D renderings so you can see your future space brought to life. In your second design meeting, you’ll finalize all hard finish selections with confidence, knowing everything fits your budget, your taste, and your everyday life. Alyssa covers every intricate detail of design, like grout spacing and trim pieces, so you don’t have to.

Yes. Financing is available through Acorn and integrated with our JobTread system. Ask us for details if you’d like to explore this option.
We ask for a $1,000 deposit when the contract is signed. From there, you’ll receive progress invoices that reflect the work completed. Payments can be made by ACH transfer or check.
